Preparations are underway for the construction of the LA 1 Elevated Hwy which will cross into the levee system near Apache Dock.  James Construction Group is the contractor who will be installing 300 LF of T-Wall.  The T-Wall, part of the Elevated Hwy, will cross the existing 17 ft. levee and have an elevation of 21 ft when complete.  Work is expected to be completed before the Jun 1, 2022 hurricane season.
